A free 5GB of backup space has been allocated to all servers.
To create a backup simply compress the file/folder you want to backup, right click it and select backup and then select local. This will backup your files directly to where you server is located.
To restore a backup select the 'Backups' button located in your File Manager, select the file you wish to restore and then click the restore button. Your backup will now be located in the Folder you have started the restore process in.
